Shou Puerh

These deep, earthy, mineral rich teas are a result of a modern processing method of fermentation. Tea leaves are picked, oxidized, dried, and then piled in heaps that are moistened and turned regularly for up to 3 months - producing a rich flavor and aroma, plus added nutrients. This alchemical process also results in teas that have unique energetic qualities that truly embody the phrase, ‘calm and awake’.
